The Nest ships via UPS and most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 7-10 business days after receipt of your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Prior to initiating a return please contact The Nest at (770) 692-6765. Very often problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges. However, if it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:

  1. Returned goods must be in their original packaging, with labels still attached.
  2. Receipt for purchase must accompany return.
  3. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  4. Items listed in our Special Offers or Clearance sections are not refundable. Sale items or Special incentive items cannot be returned.
  5. Goods must be in new condition, that is, unused and unmarked.
  6. Cost associated with shipping the returned items are not refundable. They are at your own expense.

You can return item(s) either by mail or in store.

RETURNING BY MAIL (U.S.)

Go to your account or create an account by using the same email address as a guest. Go to your orders and generate a return request or call the store @ 770-692-6765. When you receive an authorization, please use the address below to return your item or items. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

RETURNING IN STORE

Simply bring the item(s) you'd like to return along with your receipt and original form of payment. Any salesperson can assist you with your return.

EXCHANGES

For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online or call (770) 692-6765 for assistance.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. When returning a gift, you'll receive your refund on a Landmark Gift Card. If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle.  Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.

Gift Cards can't be returned.
